When you contact us

If you request an offer or contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, contact information, vehicle details, private vehicle photos and pickup information. We use them to respond to your request, arrange service where appropriate, and keep the records needed to run the business. Vehicle photos are reprocessed to remove embedded camera and location metadata before they are stored.

VIN lookup and optional camera scan

A typed VIN may be sent to the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s public vehicle database to identify the year, make and model. If you choose the camera scanner and agree at the time, a reprocessed copy of that one scan image is sent securely to our AI provider only to read the VIN. The scan image is not saved with your request. You can always type the VIN instead.

Optional website analytics

If you choose “Accept analytics,” this site loads Google Analytics 4. Google receives limited information about how the site is used, such as pages viewed, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from IP address. We use aggregated reporting to improve useful pages and services. Learn how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services.
